Super Arena Cross Country – A course of cross country portable fences situated on an all weather surface. An optimum time will be set for the whole course. The winner will be the rider with the lowest score accumulated nearest to the optimum time. Three heights one jump.
Heights: 70cm-80cm-90cm

DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.
TIMES & NUMBERS
TIMES ~ available on www.landseventing.co.uk or www.hore-events.co.uk on Thursday 13th April 2023 after 7.00pm
COMPETITORS TO PRINT OFF THEIR OWN BIB NUMBERS A4 SIZE
Bibs will not be provided.
COURSE WALK
COURSE WALK- There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.
Withdrawals & Refunds
WITHDRAWALS ~ are to be confirmed in writing (email is fine) to entries secretary 8th April 2023
REFUNDS ~ LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the entry can be replaced. A waiting list will be kept for all classes which fill.
Full refunds will be given up until the Withdrawal date
In case of abandonment, please call 07976 273289.
In the unlikely event of abandonment, £10 from every entry will be kept by the organiser to cover cancellation costs; all the remaining monies will be refunded.

GENERAL RULES
- Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted and no fixed peaks to be worn.
- Body Protectors must be worn.
- Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.
OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.

This event is being organised by LandS Eventing Ltd. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
